1998 was a year of many
fortunate and unfortunate happenings. Along with the addition of Dan Sousa (bass)
the prior year, and the departure of Laz Carrairo, Wild
Nites had the privilege of working with a great musician and
entertainer named Dave
Pascucci (trumpet), of
Andover,MA. Due to an unfortunate incident in Jan 1998, his life was cut short.
The band continued on as a six piece. In early '98'
original member
Johnny
"V" Vasconcellos took
on a new career disabling him to continue with the band. WN
called upon seasoned-part-time "Nites" player Craig Woodacre on tenor saxophone to round out the
horn section.
During the summer of '98' Johnny
V rejoined; completing the
rollercoaster of events...

By late 1998 Brendan O'Toole retired from WN, leaving guitar duties
to our pro fill in Ray
Vasconcellos. In December of '98' Tim Archer filled the full-time
guitar position. Also that year Mike "D" Dicesaro made special appearances as percussionist.
